BROW APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations for a Brow Wax must be made 2 hours in advance of your appointment time by following the cancellation steps in your appointment confirmation email or by phone. Failure to cancel your appointment within this time frame will result in a charge to your card on file in the amount of $20.
Running late?
We ask that you please give us a call in the event you will be running late so we are able to still run according to schedule. Clients are allowed a maximum of 10 minutes after their appointment time has began to still receive their service. After 10 mins has passed the appointment time the card on file will be charged a “No-Show” fee of $20. Failure to pay this fee will result in no future appointments permitted with JNBROW.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show to your brow appointment will result in charge to the card on file & you will be marked as “NO SHOW” Failure to pay this charge or in the event the card declines, will you not be permitted to rebooking until paid. All future appoints with JNBROW will be cancelled.

LASH APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations for Lash Extensions or Lash Fills must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time by following the cancellation steps in your appointment confirmation email or by phone . Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a charge to card on file in a non-refundable amount of 50% of the lash set you booked for.
Running late?
We ask that you please give us a call in the event you will be running late so we are able to still run according to schedule. Clients are allowed a maximum of 15 minutes after their lash appointment time has began to still receive their service. Clients running late must call and notify the front desk. After 15 mins has passed the card on file will be charged a non-refundable “No-Show” fee of 50% of the lash service you booked for.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show to your lash appointment will result in 50% of service, non refundable charge to the card on file & you will be marked as “NO SHOW”. Failure to pay this charge or in the event the card declines, will you not be permitted to rebooking until paid. All future appoints with JNBROW will be cancelled.
